Variegated String of Hearts (Ceropegia Woodii f. Variegata) Live Indoor/Outdoor Hanging Succulent

This rare little beauty has such a delicate presence.  Variegated String of Hearts is highly sought after as a collector's plant. It grows long trailing stems that boast beautiful heart shaped leaves.  The leaves seem to pop off the stem with their colors of pink, cream, yellow, and green.  This succulent blooms purple flowers but requires a little extra care.  Variegated String of Hearts likes bright indirect light but cannot tolerate extreme light or temperatures.
