String of Bananas (Senecio Radicans) Live Trailing Succulent Plant
Known for it's beautiful, cascading display when left to grow, the Hanging String of Bananas can be planted indoor or outdoor. This plant prefers plenty of sunlight and protection from frost. It propagates easily from cutting. The leaves look just like little green bananas and when properly cared for this plant with grow all the way to the ground from any hanging pot! The small blooms have a pleasant, cinnamon-like scent.

Succulents are very sensitive to overwatering, and damp soil can cause root rot. Dry out soil completely between waterings. Recommended amount is once every two weeks. Tip: top inch of soil should feel dry before watering again.

Fertilize every two to four weeks during spring and summer. Withhold fertilizer during the fall and winter months.

Use well-drained soil. Regular potting soil or dirt won't do. Use cactus soil/mix potting soil with sand/pumice/perlite. Approximately 6 hours of sun per day. Gradually give plant more sunlight each day.
