Calathea Concinna (Freddie)
Calathea Concinna, also commonly known as Freddie Prayer Plant, has bicolored striped foliage that alternates between a silvery or soft green and deep green bands with unusual shaped leaves. The leaves grow upward in an oblong form showing off this plant's grace and elegance. Like all Calathea/Prayer Plants, they tend to fold their foliage as night falls and adjust as the sun rotates throughout the day. Calathea Plants are native to tropical South and Central America, Africa, and the West Indies. They are revered for their beautiful, brightly colored, upright, oval leaves. These amazing plants like high levels of humidity. If your environment is not this way you can group your Calatheas together to better achieve this. No direct sunlight and maintain consistent watering. Rattlesnake Plant does not like to dry out nor does it prefer soggy soil.
