Shipping
We offer same day shipping for orders recieved before 10 am PST Monday- Friday. We ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please be sure the shipping address provided is correct at checkout, as we do not refund for undeliverable addresses.
Returns & Refunds
We do not for any reason accept returns. As these are live plants, they simply cannot handle being in transit more then once. For this reason, all sales are final.
In the instance that a plant is damaged in transit or impacted by severe weather, please reach out to our customer service and provide photos. Our support team will we glad to issue a refund or replacement in these instances.

Plant Care
Light:
- Dracaena Compacta: Place it in bright, indirect light. It can tolerate lower light conditions, but its growth may slow.
- Sansevieria Laurentii: Thrives in a wide range of light conditions, from low to bright, indirect light.
- Croton Petra: Requires bright, indirect sunlight with some direct sun exposure. A south or west-facing window with filtered light is ideal.
Temperature: Maintain a warm indoor environment with temperatures between 60-80°F (15-27°C). Protect the plants from cold drafts and temperature fluctuations.
Watering:
- Dracaena Compacta: Allow the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Water thoroughly and avoid waterlogging.
- Sansevieria Laurentii: Let the soil dry out completely between waterings. Water sparingly.
- Croton Petra: Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Water when the top inch of soil feels dry.
Soil: Use well-draining potting mix for each plant to ensure proper drainage.
Pot: Ensure the pots have drainage holes to prevent water accumulation at the root level.
Fertilization: Feed your plants with a balanced, water-soluble houseplant fertilizer diluted to half strength every 4-6 weeks during the growing season (spring and summer). Reduce or eliminate fertilization in the dormant season (fall and winter).
Pests: These plants are generally pest-resistant, but occasionally, pests like spider mites or mealybugs may appear. Inspect your plants regularly and treat any infestations promptly with insecticidal soap or neem oil.
