We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community, customers, and associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the quickly developing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, the state of California has issued a mandatory "Stay-At-Home" order that will remain in place until at least April 30th. Until that time, we have temporarily cut back hours of operation with our facility to protect and care for those who work with us, our customers, and the public.
At this time we are still shipping out orders, but please note most of our orders are being delivered within 7-10 days, instead of our usual 1-2. Once the stay-at-home order has been lifted, or when it is deemed safe for us to resume normal shipping operations, we will proceed with business as usual. We're working diligently to ship all orders as quickly as possible while caring for the health and safety of our team members. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
***Please note that during Peak Season (Weeks Surrounding Any National Holiday we will NOT be shipping orders that come in before 10 am same day. We offer free 2-day shipping on all plant orders! We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please be sure the shipping address provided is correct as we do not refund for undeliverable addresses. Should you notice that a mistake was made in the shipping address provided please contact us immediately. We will make every adjustment we can to correct it but we do not guarantee we will be able to correct it. If there is any damage to the succulents you must let us know within 24 hours for a refund or replacement to be possible, thank you!

Refunds and Exchanges
We certainly take pride in our plants and want to be sure you receive healthy, happy plants! If your plants arrive damaged we will be sure to replace or refund the damaged plants. We will need to be notified within 24 hours of delivery of the plants for the possibility of replacement or refund. Please email us within this time frame along with a picture of the plant and we will be sure to assist. Unfortunately, we do not, for any reason, accept returns. As these are live plants they simply cannot handle the stress of being shipped twice. All sales are final. We will, however, be sure to replace or refund any plants that arrive damaged. We do not replace or refund plants because of size, color, or species. Many of our plant packs are variety packs that change continually. Color, species, and size will vary depending on the time of year and varieties available. If you have any questions with your order please contact us directly at email@example.com. We no longer can accept custom request or sending invoiced orders. All orders must be paid same day for same day shipping.
